Question: How is http://www.Villas-2-Rent.com different from other rental Websites?

Answer:  We may be wrong, but we haven't found another site that enables villa web page "adverts" to be produced and amended live, 24/7.  This includes a live availability calendar.  Top>>

Question: What is the live calendar?

Answer:  The live calendar allows people to view and set dates "live" through the site on the Internet.  That means that villa owners can reserve calendar slots as well as customers being able to reserve bookings immediately, rather than having to wait for confirmation from owners.   Top>>

Question: How do we (villa owners) use the calendar with our adverts on other sites?

Answer:  To make sure that your calendar is kept up to date "automatically", it is better to provide a link to it from your other web adverts.  People can then update the calendar themselves as they place bookings. Question:  To use the calendar, do we need to use the on-line payment system. 

Answer:  No.  You can provisionally book the accommodation through the calendar and then send your money by cheque or contact the owner by phone or email.  The Owner will receive notification of your provisional booking anyway, so will be expecting your contact.  Top>>

Question: Is your site's the payment system secure. 

Answer:  Yes.  We do not hold any of your personal banking, card number or financial information.  We use Paypal and Nochex to run all our Electronic transactions.  They are dedicated to provide fully secure payment systems. 

Question:  What are the charges to use http://www.villas-2-rent.com ?

Question:  Why different subscriptions?

Answer:  We thought that an annual subscription was expensive for those who advertise on a few different sites.  We also believe that you should only pay if your advert performs, therefore the 2nd and 3rd options were produced.   Top>>

Question: Can we have it so renters pay directly to our email address through PayPal and Nochex?

Answer:  Yes.  Those who wish to have the payments made directly to them through the site can state so while setting up the advert.  Only limitation is those who use subscription systems 2 and 3.  Those on system 2 can have direct payments after the first booking has been made.  System 3 cannot have direct payment.  Top>>
